We developed a new Brand Voice for Australia Post that’s less stilted and detached, more approachable and in-tune with our everyday lives. Without ever losing the helpful, pragmatic spirit that has endeared the brand to Australians for over 150 years.

Since then we’ve been helping apply the voice across Australia Post’s different teams and divisions – training staff, providing writing support and crafting messaging for new products and services.
