The language of Yes

Despite being one of Australia’s largest telecommunications companies, before their rebrand in 2013 Optus was known for one thing – animals.

While others dealt with the animal perception, during this rebrand we were given the responsibility for making their language less corporate, less technical, and less… dull.

Working alongside the Optus Brand team, ad agency M&C Saatchi, and branding agency Re, we created a voice to match their new customer-focused strategic direction and bold, revolutionary look.

Brave, direct, on the ball and a little bit charming, it’s a voice that brings Optus closer to its customers and staff – and lets it have some fun in the process.
